Pupil personnel and records management

  • I supervised the entry of all consequence notes and suspension consequences on the Milwaukee Public Schools’ district “Esis” database and trained my assistant Dean on all procedures and processes for appropriate record-keeping.  I evaluated several softwares and trained teachers on our current “on-line” referral discipline system; I reported my work at the regular administration meetings.

     Dean of Students Report 10-16  
  • I kept all the student records for lockers and lock and disseminated materials and information at the beginning of the school year or when new students transferred to WCA.
